How does your designer know what type of advice I need?
You will fill in a short questionnaire before our video call so your designer will be fully prepared about what areas of your home you need advice on.
Can your designer resolve all my queries in one video call?
It depends on how many areas you need advice about. Your designer may advise actions which involve further research or purchasing.
How will I remember what the designer has told me to do?
You will be sent meeting notes after each video meeting.
Can I phone instead?
We usually use Microsoft Teams for online advice. If video is not suitable, we can discuss the best alternative when we contact you.
How will I know if the colours chosen by your experts will work in my actual room?
Buy tester pots and try the colour direct to the wall in dark and light areas. This is the only way to see the true colour and how light changes it.
What if I don’t like the colour after painting with tester pots?
If you want a shade darker or lighter we can specify an alternative colour free of charge. A complete colour change may need further consultancy time.
If I already have a proposed layout from an architect, can I use this design?
We can produce 2D and 3D drawings from your architect’s layout and can also tweak minor internal details to improve the flow.
Can you include some of my own furniture in the layouts?
Yes. Provide dimensions and we will draw pieces to scale in the layout.
Can I choose what flooring and wall finishes are in the 3D image?
You can specify flooring in the questionnaire. Wall finishes are usually white unless you ask us to choose paint colours.
How long will it take to complete?
The questionnaire takes 5-15 minutes on average. Advice is usually instant; sourcing takes 5-10 working days; space planning usually takes 10 working days from receiving all required information.
